Dear Dr. Randall, thank you for accepting my invitation to network for the purpose of the kingdom. Dr. Randall, I can not help but notice the comments about officials functional without knowledge. In reality, you can only lead by knowledge and revelation. By knowledge because in humility we learn from those that have been there and done that, in other words.. learning by taking courses or classes. By revelation because we are hearing the voice of the Spirit of God and acting on the revelation which makes our hearing relevant.
An old testament priest must know why and how to put on the breastplate at the same time understanding the revelation behind the stones and the tribes.

I know that's right. I really believe that the hour is coming where the Bishopric and the Apostle will get the respect they deserve base on work and not by image alone. No disrespect but i'm tired of seeing people that i'm suppose to glean and embrace lie and be deceitful because what they confess out of their mouth, is not what being revealed thur there daily walk. As a prophet and seer I'm praying for you all that's in high office because you all are leading people into destiny but I don't want them that are leading to miss God themselves! I know you wont but the body of Christ as a whole!

Also what did you think about the blog Bishop Allen Richardson sent out in regards to Bishops being Consecrated and Apostolic Succession?

Dr, Randall i must agree with you hold heartily. I know God allow us to connect because I can discern in the HolyGhost you have much wisdom not just knowledge. I believe God will allow me to learn alot from the wisdom you have as a fellow-air of the Kingdom. So how's ministry going out that way?

Bless you Bishop, I totally agree with the comment you made regarding bishops and education because im not a bishop but i believe regardless of what office you hold you can not function in any office ignorant. One thing on know about God is he never sends you out without the knowledge and wisdom you need to be successful in the place He calls you too but in order to get the knowledge you have to go to school but to get the wisdom you receive that though prayer! I look forward to sharing with you more soon.

I find it interesting that a Bishop must come through the sacred vehicle of consecration, He must be consecrated by Bishops with Apostolic Succession, and He must govern an assigned diocese but an Apostle (some of whom were never consecrated Bishops) does not. The fact is that there is more than one line of succession (for those who claim that succession was broken); I refer to both the Eastern and Western streams. Prelates who were granted Apostolic Succession are the only clerics who can create another Prelate in spite of what heresy is being taught. I have friends who are Apostles but they are also duly consecrated Bishops in good standing within the Episcopal community. These mighty men of God boldly speak out against those who want Prelateship without proper Episcopal dispensation. By defintion a consecration is in fact official permission to enter into the Episcopacy; this being true how can one claim the office of Bishop without a consecration? One can not be a Prelate without being consecrated into an order of Prelature. 5 of those orders are Episcopal and 1 is Potentiary. The truth is simple, one can not claim to be a Prelate if they were not properly consecrated by Prelates with Apostolic Succession. A side note: exactly how does an Apostle, who was never consecrated by Prelates with Apostolic Succecsion, see himself comparatively to a properly consecrated Bishop? Does he believe himself equal to, superior to, or subject to that Bishop?
