              A HOPE THAT IS STEAD FAST

Life can seem so precarious at times, so much so that our hope can wane; nevertheless it is recorded, “against hope Abraham believed in hope.”               Romans 4:18
Circumstances and situations, yes those trials and tribulations that we all encounter can (but does not have to) weaken one’s faith.
Hebrews 11:1 says “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not yet seen.” looking at this we see from a biblical stand point the assertion that faith must have a focal, and that focal is HOPE.
1Ti 1:1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the commandment of God our Saviour, and Lord Jesus Christ, [which is] our hope;
We must be able to see the desired results in our hearts.
This is accomplished by absorbing The Word of God, and meditating on it, allowing the Holy Spirit to use that Word to paint a picture there on the canvases our hearts. 
Now here is where we acquire the endurance needed to facilitate this steadfastness.
Pro 29:18 Where [there is] no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy [is] he.

Hbr 12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of [our] faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. 
Psa 121:1 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. 
Psa 121:2 My help [cometh] from the LORD, which made heaven and earth. 
Psa 121:3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber. 
Psa 121:4 Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. 
Psa 121:5 The LORD [is] thy keeper: the LORD [is] thy shade upon thy right hand.
Hbr 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
