As you experience success don’t forget about the things you did that caused you to gain success. Don’t throw the baby out with the bath water. Don’t quit doing what has worked for you.
At my ministry office we have a saying “dance with the girl that brought you to the dance.” As your ministry grows keep a closeness among the workers. Always be on the lookout how to make your ministry feel small no matter how large it is. Ask others about things that you have done they enjoyed or that they miss. I’m finding that things that have worked in the past will work again.
Also I’ve learned it’s the little things we do in ministry that really count. I try to encourage my workers to not abandon the things they are doing that are working. To have Ricardo Miller speak at you next church event contact us at www.ricardomiller.com
Awesome man of God. although I was not directly addicted to drugs I was married to an addict. I am forwarding this page to him in prayer that he too will become more than just my ex. I bid you peace and God's protection in all you do for HIs Kingdom.
Greetings Apostle Jerry A. Howard,
I bless the Lord for you asking me to be one of your friends on this Black Preaching Network, you, your family and your and your ministry will always be in my prayers. GOD BLES YOU ALL.
