At my ministry office we have a saying “dance with the girl that brought you to the dance.” As your ministry grows keep a closeness among the workers. Always be on the lookout how to make your ministry feel small no matter how large it is. Ask others about things that you have done they enjoyed or that they miss. I’m finding that things that have worked in the past will work again.

I can never tell explain the depth at which your words penetrated my heart. The term "word in season" is a reality and that is what the Lord provided through you and I thank you so much for your obedience in delivering it. Sometimes we're lost for words and even void of feeling when we hit certain bumps in the road, but I'm further encouraged to PUSH! I heard in my spirit this AM that "your warfare is accomplished"(Isaiah 40). I believe it and receive it and I deliver it to you as well.
