Then let the musician's ministry work to enhance the ministry of the total church. I can tell you, 30 years at St. Monica has been great. I can see and smell the fruits of my labor. I thank God the leadership never tried to take the my ministry away from me but they supported the music ministry and allowed my gift, education and wisdom to be inclusive in the growth of the church. I'll call you and discuss doing some drum studio work; if available.

So I encouraged him to find a place that will pay him 3 or 4 hundred dollars, if I could afford to make him just a musician nad have a minister of music too, then it would work, but I need someone who is going to be apart of the leadership of the church and become a part of helping us build rather than just taking and not depositing. I awake early so I can focus on what he is revealing in my life. You God gives me finacial plans, tells me what clothes to wear and set my day up for blessings. Then he arranges my day in order so I might help others. When the devil comes my way, it does not trip me, the Lord lets me know the devil will come and try to interupt my praise. So be blessed as you rise early.
