Rev. Dr. Deborah Willis, a native of Philadelphia, was born to the parents of Mr. Samuel and Sarah Alston, of the famous Alston Singers of Philadelphia. Dr. Willis started preaching under the late pastor Benjamin Smith Sr. of Deliverance Evangelistic Church since 1982. Since that time, she has accomplished much in the gospel field. Her history hangs on the wall of Second Baptist Church of Nicetown in Philadelphia , as the church"s first black female pastor. In 2000, she open Genelation Baptist Church as the founding pastor.and now pastor"s FAITH AND FELLOWSHIP WORSHIP CENTER. Dr. Deborah Willis continues to spread the word of GOD, and writes instructional books designed to help young preachers excel at what they do.
