He is the son of Bishop Timothy L. and Lady Theresa Ballard. At the age of 12 years old Timothy recieved the Holy Ghost with the evidence of Speaking in Tongue.. At the age 14 he was called in to ministry and on January 8th, 2004 he preached his initial Sermon entitled" If you want it, you can have it" " you must have FAITH." He has been in ministry for the last 5 years.. Min. Ballard serves as musician armourbearer to Pastor Ballard as well as Bishop Michael Dixon and Bishop Fred Graham... He is know to be a One God Apostolic, Tongue Talking, Holy Rollin, Born Again, Heaven Bound Believer in deliberated Power of Jesus name.
