Now I know am on the right track I once saw a lady 83 yrs old on Opray show who started weight litfting at 62 years old so am going to try that on next year I belive God is getting the older saints ready for a great move in 2011 They will need men and women wisdom and konwledge and full of the Word to insirper them and help them in thes endtimes Cause I am one of them!!!!
