LeaderShift: Leadership Development & Empowerment Training Promo
This Leadership Program is designed to train and empower church leaders and better prepare them to equip the saints. The job of church leadership is laid out in Ephesians 4:12, where the apostle Paul explains the role of Christian leaders. This role he explains to be "the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ." In order to prepare the membership church leadership needs to be prepared.
