Why so much jealousy amoungst God's people; especially being Woman?

I have been in the Ministry for a while. I find that there is so much jealousy from Preachers over other preachers; gifts, and women preaching and women, in general;  I wonder why?  Why is it so hard for God's people to get along?

Elder Gathers, I been in ministry for the last few years and I must say it is more jealousy in the pulpit and in the congregation against women than in the secular world. You got to know who sent you and stand on his word or you will lose it. God bless great discussion.

Amen, my sister in the Lord; this is exactly what I am talking about. We are suppose to be the ones that are upholding the name of Jesus, yet; in the pulpit, Pastors are jealous of your ministry and annointing, and in the congregation; Women are jealous of you in general, and all these are the annointing, saved people of God; The example of Christ.

Did we; the people of God not remember that we were suppose to be working together for the same purpose, therefore; Jealously wouldn't have NO place!
