Training mannual ideas

I am currently in the process of an idea to create a template for a training manual/guide for the associate ministers within the church that I attend so that I may present it to my pastor and see if it works. I know that it is something that he wants because we have spoken about it and he said it is something that we need because of our growth.
I was just wondering if you have any input as to what are some the things you feel Elders/ministers need to know.
