You are right we must get to the heart of the matter then we can build the house.
According to Deuteronomy 22:5, "The women shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a women's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the Lord thy God."
1 Corinthians 11:13-15, "Judge in yourselves: is it comely that a woman pray unto God uncovered? Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him? But if a woman have long hair, it is glory to her: for her hair is given her for a covering."
From what I've learned, it was a dishonor for a man to have long hair because it was considered as feminine. Only the Nazarite had long have for a period of time when sanctifying themselves...
Interesting are the latest comments. And it was ask what should be passed unto the Gentiles, and it was agreed that the Laws of Moses be not placed upon the Gentiles, but only that they "Abstain from pullutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood" this is found in Acts 15. Some say but pants are for men, but yet there are pants made just for women, a woman walking in wearing men's pants may be a different matter, but if she is wearing women's pants, pants made for women, I see nothing wrong. And I hope many are more interested in the condition of that person's spirit garment called the soul. Now would I turn a woman away from coming into worship service because she had on women's pants, of course not, sister come on in and enjoy the service and fellowship with the rest of the Brothers and Sisters. Would Jesus tell a woman wearing pants she cant enter?
I am reminded of Romans 14:1-4 and would say if one believeth they can wear the pants, let them be, if one doesnt believe they can wear the pants, let them be.
You all enjoy the day/evening and God bless you all. This will probably be my last comment on this topic.
