Minister Dwight Crank

Born and raised in Detroit in a single parent home by my mother, Deloris Cleveland, who did a phenomenal job. I was educated in the Detroit Public Schools District, where lessons of pride and dignity were my biggest challenges due to my Dyslexia diagnosis which triggered a cycle of bullying from my peers, and eventually spiraled into a negative pattern of thinking, street life, and gang affiliation. Now that I have obtained the understanding of the importance of family ,structure and establishment, I am dedicated to empowering young men to become "Powerful Men of Destiny".

I am currently in the process of implementing an All Boy's Military Academy for Young Men, ages 11-18, in the City of Detroit. I am a 501(c)3 establishment with a Board of Directors that consist of seven committee members, networking to help locate funding sources to aide in the implementation of this academy. I would like to take this time to extend the opportunity to you as well to partner with us.

Our Mission

Empower, encourage, and equip young men to become responsible men.
Provide a Confidential Forum for young men.
Give young men the opportunity to talk and be heard on any given subject, and openly express how they feel about what they have experienced, or are experiencing in their lives.
Provide public seminars and distribution of up to date and factual information relating to young men's issues.
Provide training and job skills to help men transition into society.
