2Cor 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ,he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

That sripture speaks to my very being, for in a season, I was lost in sin, and Jesus came into my life and in seeking his face, I laid down all the baggage I had accumulated in my life, and left it, renewing my mind with HIS Word I picked up a sound mind, no longer tossed to and fro with every wind and doctrine, that is what I personally needed, as well as joy, peace, gentleness, longsuffering, happiness.....

I thank HIM for being a God that knows me exclusively, and addresses the issues of MY life through my obedience to HIM

Let's Praise HIM, personally, like no one else can

Amen Sister Fugett, Our God is so good and merciful!!!

I happened to blessed with a very spiritual mother who has always showed me how real God is.
She never forced me to serve the Lord but her relationship was so real - so palable - that not only did it make me pant after Jesus but it brought so many people to the Lord. So many - So many have believed in the God of my mother because she made Him so real right before our eyes. And miracles out of this world.
She has always been full of faith. What a gift! - to have a parent that is full of faith.
I thank God for personally blessing me with such a gift as this.

I will never forget this: When my mother was a young mother - she would sit out on the porch with her little baby around the same time everyday and this young lady would walk by and stop and 'coo' at my mom's baby. And this went on for a while - for months even.
So one day as she was passing - my mom asked how she was doing and this time she said "Not so good".
My mom asked what was wrong? She said that she had just come from the doctor's office and they told her she had cancer and would have to cut off her breasts the coming Monday.
My mom said matter of factly "Oh you should come and serve the God I serve"
"What?"
"Yeah come serve my God - He is able to heal whatever your problem is - come and see"
The lady got saved before that Monday rolled around and never looked back.
She thanks my mother for telling her about the power of Jesus - because not only is she still serving God faithfully - she went on to get married and gave suckle to eleven babies.

God truly blessed me with such a wonderful mother.
May the Lord be blessed forever!
