Eunuchs- Can I Get an Explanation of This Scripture

Matthew 19:12 says, "For there are some eunuchs, which were so born from [their] mother's womb: and there are some eunuchs, which were made eunuchs of men: and there be eunuchs, which have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake. He that is able to receive [it], let him receive [it]."

MarQuiese, I get that it means some men were naturally incapacitated (no genitals), some that were forced to be a chamberlain and some that voluntarily abstained from marrying. It could be the person wasn't as masculine as another but it didn't necessarily means he liked men. Yes that's my final answer. LOL I do know from the word some were castrated, some were over the children others ministers of courts but not castrated. I'm sure those over the women were castrated.
