Why do some Pastors and their Wives seem to be not so friendly but rather stand offish?

I've met alot of High minded and stand offish Leaders who Pastor churches, Instead of being a good Shepherd, they are dictators, and controlling but yet they supposedly possess salvation and the love of God.

Could this be your personal perception? God did not design them to be the parishioners friend, but yes they must be friendly.
God did not call them into confusion, this maybe order. Seeds of discord cannot be harmony. God only called us to one Pastor.
St. Matthew 18:12-16
Focus 15- If thy brother (Pastor) shall trespass
gainst thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother (Pastor). if your Pastor is a conscious humble being he or she will listen if they be the problem. And your word was seem if I'm correct.
SEEM- to bring to agreement, to appear to be, have the look of being, to appear to exist.

They are like this because people have made them this way.
You can't be a ruler without people to rule and you can't be a dicator and have nothing to dictate.
The people in the church have given their hearts over to these leaders and not God thereby allowing pride to set in the hearts of these leaders.
