Women Prison Ministry Team Request
Dear Channel 3 - Re-Entry Group and BPN Ministry Leaders:
Our ministry have been asked to provide Sunday church services in the women prison located in Dayton Texas beginning, Sunday, September 13, 2009 @ 12:00noon until 2:00pm.
I am in need of other Anointed Soldiers like yourself to join me as part of our Prison Ministry Team. There are various requirements the prison will need the team members to meet in order to enter the prison. The prison requires that each Ministry Team participants be certified as a ministry volunteer through TDCJ. However, if you are part of my team, this requirement will be waived. If you have never attended a prison ministry service before, you will experience a spiritually rewarding service and God will be glorified!
If you are interested in being part of the team, below is the information I will need from you not later than August 28th.
1. Name - as it appears on Drivers License, & Drivers License Number
2. Birth Date
3. Question: Have you been certified by TDCJ for volunteer prison ministry?
4. Question: If you have been incarcerated in the past, how long ago?
If yes, please call me at: (281) 540-6775 to include your name as a Team Member and to get further details for Team Van-Pool transportation for that Sunday service. If you are unable to attend, please pray for us!
