In 1999 S. Yvonia Williams divinely received her call into ministry she received her apostolic call from the Lord by way of dreams and confirmations. In 2001 she opened up and started the school of ministry for the girding of the women of God. She established The Divine Love Outreach Ministries, Inc. Maryland where she pastored for a season. She is the founder of Agape Training Center for equipping leadership and the teaching of the apostolic and prophetic ministries. She was ordained in 2004 by way of apostolic commission.

Yvonia Williams is a woman that loves the things of God and delivers sound doctrine to those in whom may hear what the Spirit of God is saying to the Church. She is a counselor to many and strives to walk in God's wisdom only with His understanding. Apostle has given herself unto the Lord in saying yes to her call. She is a warrior for such a time as this and endeavors to deliver and bring the Body of Christ to Unity across the land for preparation of the outpouring of the Spirit of the Lord.

She equips ministers for their call by way of prayer and teaching and believes in the ministry of deliverance. She endeavors to carry out the assignment of raising Kingdom people to build and lay Kingdom churches according to Ephesians 2:20. Yvonia strongly believes in the Five Fold Ministry and teaches the need for the Apostle to be re-established back to the house of God. Apostle states that "without the Apostles, the Body of Christ will never come to its full effectiveness in God". We all need one another for this wonderful movement of the Spirit of revival to take place she states".

She believes in pioneering and trailblazing for God, therefore, she is a church planter, and co-laborer. She oversees and also has assisted in ministry establishment for two ministries in Maryland, one in North Carolina and one in Hampton, VA. She has assisted in church planting for two churches in Maryland, and one Church in Sumter SC.
