- I am an Evangelist of 19 years, Married for 17 to my soul-mate and my covering. Bishop Joseph A. Henderson. We parent 2 adult children, 2 beautiful Grandchildren. My husband was a Pastor when I married him, now he is Bishop and General Overseer over 2 churches Founded by the Late Bishop John W. Henderson in 1977.
Ministry is serious. I am not in it for the money, or the lack of, because many times we take money from out of our pockets, and our household for the Ministry. I am not in it for any fame, I am in it because HE called me and after running for a good while, HE (Jesus) strongly got my attention. I had to earn the respect that I now receive. This was done by living a Holy and consecrated life, with much fasting and many tears. I had to Live the WORD that I preached and being an example to the BELIEVER. The Word that I preached I had to be FIRST PARTAKER. Oh sure, sometimes we are shunned and treated like a castaway. However, I am tough skinned and I learned early to SHAKE THE DUST OFF OF MY FEET.
I LOVE THE LORD WITH ALL OF MY HEART. IT IS HE THAT HAVE REVEALED HIMSELF TO ME..... My heart is fixed and my mind is made up, that I am going all the way with the Lord. It is no easy journey. Daily, YES DAILY, I DIE.......!!!!!!!
I cannot be persuaded any other way because I have seen the Lord "SPIRITUALLY" I have felt and continue to feel HIM "SPIRITUALLY" I am addicted, Salvation is better than any drug or drink that I have ever had before, "NUFF SAID", and that's for real talk.
I am trying this for networking, AND likeminded friends. I am not here to argue with anyone about Doctrines, etc. Because I know in Whom I believe, and I know in Whom I serve. I am glad that I got, what I got, when I got it. I worked hard to get it, so I cherish the Gift of God. No Man gave it to me, save the Lord Himself and for this cause, I guard it.
I am a Psalmist, and I love it, I lead the Praise Team, I Direct the choir, and I teach the Adult Sunday School. I am a teacher of the Word by Divine Revelation and study of course. Children (young people) are drawn to me, that's a good thing.
I love Gospel Music, all types, depending on my mood.
I love to hear the Gospel preached in it's fullness. I often listen while I play computer puzzles or strategic games on the computer.
I spend my time trying to live Holy, and upright, b4 the Lord and not man. I am sanctified, and Holy-Ghost filled, I am not sanctimonious. Sin is sin, but as long as you are yet alive you have a chance to Repent. I am not the judge, God is. I am real sure of my duties, as a Minister, as a wife and a Mother to my many children.
I love to decorate, I am computer proficient. Nuff Said!!
I have a wonderful Husband, mother, sisters and brother-in-laws. Sister-in-laws, Nieces, nephew's,etc It is a blessing to have a family. So I view it that way. We do not always agree, but love covers a multitude of faults.
I love spending time with family.

Carolyn Showell, a plethora of others that can not be named. They are not all famous but they are preaching, and I love it.
