Church and Preacher Paul Ministries, Inc., studied at Omega Bible Institute and Seminary and Liberty University; and former Pastor of the ever-growing New Prospect Baptist Church, Meridian, MS. Preacher Paul Ministries targets the two hardest groups to attract, young adults between the ages of 18-40 and African-American Menlo. The ministry is focused on empowering believers spiritually, developing them educationally, exposing them culturally, activating them politically and strengthening them economically.

Pastor Garrett is a man who believes that the entire community should be empowered in every aspect of life with a mission to empower people through the Word.

He is the proud father of his precious daughter, Sidney Simone Garrett. Paul Garrett, no matter how he is described, is empowering the people of God.
