Happy Birthday First Lady Kimberly Eaton!

Kimberly Eaton is the First Lady of Bethlehem Baptist Church. First Lady Kimberly Eaton is a native Houstonian. She grew up in the sheltered home in Fifth Ward of two Christian parents, Adolphus Ross Sr (deceased) and Rosa Pearl Bailey Abram who instilled the word of God early in her life. Kimberly was an outgoing child free to express her own-guided desires to achieve God’s purpose on her life. She matriculated through the public schools of Houston, Texas and on to graduate with a B.S. degree in Law Enforcement from Prairie View A & M University in 1984. She was also commissioned in to the Military Police Corp, Reserves, United States Army. Her leadership as an Army Reserves Officer for many years honed her leadership skills as she was promoted to lead four District Parole Offices in West Texas where she retired from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice –Parole Division September 2007 after twenty years of service. First Lady Eaton is no stranger to service to others. After moving to Pauls Valley, Oklahoma with her husband who was called to the Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church as its Senior Pastor, she followed in obedience. She is the Director of Women’s Ministry at Bethlehem. Baptist Church where she is the teacher of Women's Mission and the Deaconess Ministry.
She is the creator and administrator of two women's christian social networks.


Kimberly is a Graduate Member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated. She received the distinguished award of Zeta of the Year in Dallas, Texas in 2003.

She has served and has been a member various organizations and Boards in the communities of Houston, Dallas Metroplex, Abilene and the State of Texas as is now serving in Pauls Valley at the Chamber of Commerce

On November 2, 2007, God manifested Kimberly’s vision to minister to women by anointing and appointing her to locate the resources to share God’s Word through two flourishing on-line Christian women’s networks. Through God’s desire to use Kimberly, She traveled to Mityana Uganda, East Africa this past summer to teach the word of God to widows and orphans.

The first network, First Lady Ministry & Business Network Connection (firstladynetworkconnection.ning.com) is a ministry for pastors and ministers wives created to encourage wives who are set apart because of their call to be the helpmeet of God’s man. The concerns and struggles of a pastor’s wife are unique as women deal with the needs of her husband and her church congregation.

Women of Divine Faith (womenoffaith.ning.com), the final network was created to encourage and empower women in knowing God’s Word. Both ministries have crossed international borders. Both networks ministries are worldwide and Kimberly is blessed to minister to women all over the world

Kimberly is married to Rev. Michael Eaton and is blessed with two daughters Kimberly and Christal.
