How to Pray for Increase
I believe the most effective way to overcome lack is to GIVE. Yes, that’s what I did. Learn to become a giver. When you give more you receive more. The average worker approaches their boss and say, “if you give me more money, then I’ll give you more work.” But their boss is saying “When you give me more work, then I’ll give you more pay.” Here’s another example. You can’t become healthy until you give up what is making you unhealthy. You can’t receive more…

For those who are avid Biblical scholars, and those who are scripturally aware, the phrase "It came to pass" is a familiar opener for many great moments of revelation, evolution, and the progressive story, decreed, and edicts of the Bible. Every great story9ry,whether it is in epic form,a narrative, fact or fiction, has a profound and, usually, "catchy" opening phrase. For example, in most fairy tales and children's book, the stories, fables or Aesop's "tales" quite frequently begin with "once…

The fact is, these people can find only ONE verse that mentions "Prosperity" in the whole New Testament (-and it is of dubious help, as we shall see). And there are dozens and dozens of verses in opposition! But which one do they choose to quote again and again? Here it is in the King James version (-which is the only translation that helps them in any way): "I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy…

And endurance (fortitude) develops maturity of character (approved faith and tried integrity). And character [of this sort] produces [the habit of] joyful and confident hope of eternal salvation. Romans 5:4
You will not enjoy your day if anything is out of control. You can keep your temper, moods, emotions, appetite, mouth, and thought in line with God's Word if you give Him control over the areas you want to subdue with faith. God created us with a free will, and we can choose the…

Exodus 3:1-12; Deuteronomy 30:1-10
Considering what to write in today’s blog, I felt this was a perfect time to take a reflective look at our Sunday School lessons for the summer and reflect on the lessons that were to be learned from them. This quarter’s lessons were “Call Sealed with Promises”, and we learned God keeps His promises.
Unit I of the summer series was “Called Out of Egypt” where the nation of Israel cried out to God while in bondage and God heard their cry.…

Beloved in Christ,
Whenever I look around anytime, anyday I see God's faithfulness radiating around me. If you can't thank God for what He has done for you, thank Him for what He has protected you from. If you can think, You can thank God!
Let us celebrate His faithfulness over the years.

Are we using the term (mother/father) as just a word or for its true meaning? What is a mother? Who is a father? When should we call mother, mother? Or, father, father? Is mother/father just the word, or is a mother/father one who cares, love, and nurtures that child? Does anyone who has not experienced mother/fatherhood or parental guidance for a child or children, actually know how it feels to step into another pair of shoes and wear them?
There are women who give birth to…

A WORD FROM DR. CINDY TRIMM
Psalms 105:17 -22
He sent a man before them, even Joseph, who was sold for a servant: Whose feet they hurt with fetters: he was laid in iron: Until the time that his word came: the word of the LORD tried him. The king sent and loosed him; even the ruler of the people, and let him go free. He made him lord of his house, and ruler of all his substance: To bind his princes at his pleasure; and teach his senators wisdom.
We…

My child.......do not be intimidated by the attacks of your enemy.
He can only threaten you. Do not listen to him, says the Lord.
Do not take his words to heart. Trust in my Spirit and my words.
Even when everything around you today goes up and down, and you have lost
sight of everything in the process, I still have every thing under control,
says the Lord.
Your true victory takes place in the realm of the spirit, decided before my
throne. Wait for my…

With the vast multitude of challenging situations and unpredictable turn of events, the average person has to contend with, we are witnessing a great "splintering" effect of God's people as they dissociate , to try to "get it in", and to be "all things" to all people. Never before, has there been such an intense manifestaion of mental disturbances, depression, dysfunctionalism, bi-polarism,and schizophrenia. In this present world of multitasking, multiple relationships, multiple births, and…
