CAN A CHURCH BE AN EFFICTIVE CHURCH WITH OUT A PASTOR???

THERE WAS ONCE A VACENT CHURCH AND THE DEC STATE TO A VISTING PREACHER THAT A CHURCH DO NOT NEED A PASTOR IT CAN BE RAN BY THE DEC BOARD. WHAT IS YOUR INPUT ON THIS CAN A CHURCH BE EFFICTIVE WITHOUT A PASTOR. WHAT WOULD YOU HANDLE THIS?

IF YOU READ IN ACTS GOD DIDNOT GIVE CONTROLL OR THE KEYS TO THE CHURCH TO THE DEC BUT THE APOS GAVE THE DEC CERTIAN DUTIES TO PERFORM. GOD IS A GOD OF ORDER AND BRO LUCKETT HIT THE NAIL RIGHT ON THE HEAD. AND YOU CANT HAVE ALL CHIEF AND NO INDIAN YOU WILL NEVER T NO WHERE . HAVE YOU SEEN APERSON WITH TWO HEAD LIVE LONG. OR BODY WORK GOOD.

Speaking in bold letters is very rude. However, Lets let at Peter and the othet apostles. Not one apostle ran the church. It was run by a consel. Not one man ran anything. When you have just one man running anything, it is bound to fail. God is over Christ and Christ is over man and the church. Even when Moses was leading the people of Isreal, he had elders he would go to. You won't find in the scriptures where one man ran the church by himself.

lonnie weRE it is stated in 1tim 3:5 the word rule mean in charge one man only have power not what man gives him but G od. i cant understand man give the presdent,king ,bosses .judges power what so wrong with God given the pastor charge over a church. what so hard being submisive to this we know that god is the head of every church.they can only run itby the power that God give the pastor read revlation again.if a sheep go on it on it will strave to death he will stand in the same spot and eat dirt he is dumb but if he has a shepherd to show him or her were to go and eat .then they will have plently to eat god is a God of order god gives the pastor the power to over see the church but you should see Jesus throug the PASTOR THIS IS WHO GOD USE TO SEND ORDERS TOHIS PEOPLE PASTOR MEAN OVERSEER ONE OF HIS GIFT IS TO TEACHING BUT GOD RUNS THE CHURCH THRU THE PASTOR NOT MAN RUN THE PASTOR HAVE YOU EVER SEEN SHEEP LEAD THE SHEPHERD THEY WONT GO NOWHERE BUT GOD HAVE ORDER IN THE CHURCH

I understand all of that...but where does it say a pastor if over the church. I have not found one scripture that say that. If says I will give you pastors and they are part of the five fold...but it doesn't say the pastor is the head or has to lead a church. Pastor just means teacher. We put too much power into one man and think he or she runs it all.
