HOLY HIP HOP NEEDS TO BE RESEARCHED BEFORE INVITING THIS TROJAN HORSE INTO THE HOUSE OF GOD.
WHEN THE ENEMY COMES IN LIKE A FLOOD, THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD "WILL" LIFT UP A STANDARD AGAINST HIM. YOU CAN COUNT ON IT.! THAT'S THE WORD. THE WORD OF GOD SAYS, MY PEOPLE ARE DESTROYED FOR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. NOT KNOWING IS NOT AN EXCUSE TO GOD. TAKE HEED
I just wanted to speak with you one last time, unless the Lord says different. I wanted to share with you my dealings with Holy Hip Hop. We had a chance to attend a service that we were deceived into attending. The Pastor invited us to come and attend a service where Canton Jones and Mr. Del were going to be performing. He already knew how we felt about holy hip hop. We were told that Mr. Del was a powerhouse of a speaker and learned that it was true. He delivered a very powerful message to the young people. He told the young men to stop being players and the young women to stop being played and stop giving it up so easy and to wait on the Lord. Most of the young women had other things on their minds and totally missed his message. He insulted them and they didn’t even know it. He said that he didn’t see any Proverbs 31 women and they sat there not even caring. Most of them came to service in very revealing clothes. The girls had on tight short, shorts or tight jeans and tank tops with lots of cleavage on display. Total disrespect for the house of God and the brothers. Some of them had on there shirts that said “I Love Mr. Del. I believe this is why his message bolted out like thunder. He knew that they were looking at him and not hearing him.
What was so disappointing is after the preaching the Loud disrespectful display of movement began. What we witnessed in the sanctuary had nothing to do with God. Everyone came to the alter to get as close as they can to Del and Canton. God did not show up on that alter. The alter display ended in the whole church doing some type of hustle or electric slide dances in which God did not get the glory. The girls were bounces their behinds around as they were waving their hands likewise the young men throwing up gang signs and gangstering around in Jesus name. I know many of these young people, and most would say that , see at least they came to the alter. But if they are not saved what difference does it make if they come to the alter and not repent. (Turn away from sin) They may miss the rapture and lose their souls and go to hell. We don’t want this to happen which is why people have got to see that our young people are not being blessed by this. Some of the girls that attend this church are lesbian, many continue to have children out of wedlock, the young men that father these children are players and in some cases are shacking up with then.
Preaching was designed to change lives to save souls not to entertain for a moment. What good is entertaining young people if they don’t give their lives to Christ. The young people also still continue to listen to regular hip hop. You all know that these kids aren’t truly giving all to Christ. I’m not talking about young people who grew up in saved homes and have always been in church I’m talking about the unsaved. They will listen to holy hip hop but it is not changing their lives. Many of them have never received the holy ghost and live foul lives. So please forgive me if I don’t see this as a move of God where nobody is TRULY GETTING SAVE. I DON’T BUY THE PIMP PREACHER BIT. Jesus said be ye holy for I am Holy. Holy Hip Hop is not like Christ. These young people need to here the gospel of Jesus Christ before they die in their sins and lose their souls. Even though not many talk about it anymore, hell still exist and the bible says that it is enlarging itself everyday.
