"What You Speak! You Produce!"
At bible study last night, my pastor touched on a point that I just have to expound on. And you can best believe I told him I would. (LOL!).
He said “Live by what you say” and God just continued to break it down even more to me last night and said tell my people,
WHAT YOU SPEAK! YOU PRODUCE!
Now let’s break that down with some scripture. Because when God gives a word, he ALWAYS gives his written word to back it up.
Let’s go to Matthew 12:33-36(AMP).
33Either make the tree sound (healthy and good), and its fruit sound (healthy and good), or make the tree rotten (diseased and bad), and its fruit rotten (diseased and bad); for the tree is known and recognized and judged by its fruit.
34You offspring of vipers! How can you speak good things when you are evil (wicked)? For out of the fullness (the overflow, the superabundance) of the heart the mouth speaks.
35The good man from his inner good treasure flings forth good things, and the evil man out of his inner evil storehouse flings forth evil things.
36But I tell you, on the day of judgment men will have to give account for every idle (inoperative, nonworking) word they speak.
From these scriptures Jesus was telling us that every thing we speak can produce good fruit or bad fruit. How many times have we caught ourselves saying something good and then that thing manifests in the natural. And the same goes with speaking something negative, it will manifest!!
God is saying that we have got to learn to use our mouth to speak blessings into our lives and stop speaking negative curses over not only ourselves BUT other people. Hebrews 3:13(AMP) says, “But instead warn(admonish, urge and encourage) one another every day, as long as it is call TODAY!
Proverbs 18:21(AMP) also says, “Death and life ARE in the power of the tongue, and they who indulge in it shall eat the fruit of it(for death or life).
So you say that child is BAD, guess what, he will be as you continue to speak it. Oh, I’m going to always be BROKE, yes you will if you continue to speak it. I’m not going to never get HEALED, no you won’t if you continue to speak it!
WHEN YOU BEGIN TO SPEAK THOSE GOOD THINGS then you will begin to SEE THOSE GOOD THINGS.
SO.....WHAT ARE YOU PRODUCING?
