I recall when I was introduced to BPN and thought it to be such a great idea. I truly wanted (and still do) to meet others in the kingdom and be able to make some ministry (brothers and sisters) connections and hopefully friendships. I looked forward to the chat room interaction (praise, prayer and topic discussions), even when it seemed that I could not keep up with the speed of the conversations. There were definitely a variety of opinions which sparked non- and denominational come backs. On some level I found it heart breaking to know that we in the Body of Christ still have a lot to learn about being "as wise as a serpent and as gentle as a dove", while being encouraged to know that many of use have an answer/testimony for our calling and our relationship with our Lord and Savior.

Lately, as I have visited some pages of members, I could not help but notice the wording of some of our invites. What I mean is the wordings/posts that are use are very suggestive and/or provacative. I believe that some of the invites could possibilily be read as using the network as a "pick up" site. In my opinion (owning...my opinion), we need to remember that everyone has an agenda and a need for the use of this site. I believe that most of us truly want to get to know others in the kingdom for the building of the kingdom that our heavenly Father desires. If some of us meet and relationships develop in a godly manner to another level, that is fine (and should have private communications), and God shall be given the glory. Yet we must be aware of wolves in sheep clothing and the intent of the words that we scribe. Our words should always encourage and support, and should never be used to mislead or corrupt...

...for the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty for the pulling down of strongholds...

Praise Him! I totally agree. If they are not interested in lifting up the name of Jesus or discussing issues of the church then, they should go on another site. God has so much to say to His people through His people and there may be answer in a friend completely from across the globe, but just for you. We must stay aligned as not to leave opening for the devil to infiltrate. God Bless you sister!
