Its time to be real and get real.

I have sat back and read and listened to many women tell their horror stories about encounters with "Christian Men." I have often gone into my prayer room and asked God to search my heart and my mind to make sure I don't get caught up in this mess that is going on in the body of Christ. Sometimes, we as Christians get so "holy minded" and so "spiritual minded" that we fail to see reality. Men and women have eyes they are going to look at each other. That is what got David in trouble with Bathsheba and what prompted Job to say, " I made a covenant with my eyes not to look lustfully at a girl".Sex is like a drug. If you have had it you will want more, If you haven't you will want to try it naturally. Be honest with yourself, God and your relationships with other people and God will keep you. Do not put yourself in a situation to be tempted. The only women that are allowed to stay at my apartment alone are my sister and my mother. I'm just being real. I am talking to both the men and the women. Its time to be real and get real.God bless (smiling)

amen sister Moore I thank you for your comments. We at times as the Body of Christ can make Jesus look bad, Sometimes we act no different from the world and we wonder why the pews are empty on Sunday mornings. Everybody who says they are Christians are not saved. Thank about that statement. Everybody who says they are Christians are not saved.

Somone is finally telling it like it is. I have been kept by the Lord for almost 14 yrs waiting on my man of God from the Lord. It has not been easy but I have not allowed myself to be put in positions that had we being pressured into something I did not really want. God is a keeper and the word says He will make a way of escape for you if you want the way made. I have been in a church where there were so much going on with so called Christians having sex before they got married, which really upset me because I am living all I know to live for Christ and remain faithful to my course of keeping myself until I get married. When I was in the world, I did as the world but now that I have given my life to Christ, I want to live the way He says live. We have to really have the power of God abiding on the inside if we really want to wait on what the Lord has for us. So many do not have the Holy Ghost abiding on the inside and that is why they can not do what is right. Light and darkness can not live together! The Holy Ghost is a keeper and some people really do not want to be kept, if the truth be told. In the days that we are living, you as a born again believer should want to be kept. Also, there are so many programs that the church people are doing that is familiar with the world and we try to put Christ on it and it just do not work. Thanks for opening the door for a good discussion. Too many christians are trying to sell this or that but nobody is selling how to really live this christian life. People really need to cry out for the love and the spirit of God! Be blessed.
