Are pastors who allowed their wives to preach and teach over men in the congregation disobeying God?

You should probably start a whole separate thread on what has happened in Haiti.
Yeah this important horrific event should not be buried in this thread about women not being permitted to preach to or teach men.

that, and the fact that If both are in disobedience..what does that say about the church? God has called his people out of the churches...because they are now ruled by Satan...this is why we see such things in the churches...Gay Pastors,Female Pastors,Crime,Greed...God is no longer opperating within the authority of the church...Satan is...this is why we see a break down of morals and biblical truth...

Sin came to all men through Adam...Adam became a sinner through Eve...Sin came into the world through Eve...the fact is Adam being the head was counted as the sinner...
Paul says what God tells him to say...God said women are not allowed to preach teach or have authority over men..unless you believe Pauls writing is different than God's...In that case you don't believe the bible at all...
ALL SCRIPTURE IS GIVEN BY INSPIRATION OF GOD...including the command that women are not to teach preach or have authority over the man in the congregations...PERIOD...Adam didn't lust after eve...lust is a sin...there was no sin yet... :) Adam obeyed even over God..thats was his sin...read what the verse says..Adam because you listened to your wife and ate...case closed...if you're teaching tha stuff you're posting then you're leading many astray...

So you are saying it is OK for there to be women teachers/leaders?
And does that mean if its OK - then it must follow that its OK for them to usurp authority over the man as well.
I would never be apart of an assembly where those things were going on.

Ok lets say Paul was speaking from his own mind on this matter when instructing Timothy on setting the order for a church(es) where Timothy had do pick elders --- what about when Paul was setting the order for church at Corinth...He told them there that the women had to be quiet and if anybody reading that epistle thought they were so spiritual, then they needed to know that those instructions were a COMMANDMENT FROM THE LORD.
