As the body of Christ, how do you think we could improve on our leadership.

 The question I'm posing is how can we better lead the church members, the lost soul i.e. the struggling addict, those dealing with the thought of suicided, those dealing with any and all  vices, how do we win more souls for Christ? Also how do we stop running saints away?
