Does GOD still speak to those that can hear his voice?

I guess the only way to explain my post is to tell everyone a little bit of my testamony.

When I was first called to preach I had no direction towards what the LORD wanted me to do, that was changed one Sunday afternoon while on my couch taking a "Nazarene Nap" as a Nazarene Pastor once told me it was called. The LORD spoke to me and told me to go to Dallas Tx. and he would show me where I would be ministering. I didn't know any preachers in Dallas and didn't even like going to Dallas because of the traffic but I went anyway. As I started through Garland,(a kind of surburb of Dallas), the LORD told me to exit to the right which I did. At the red light I was told to turn right, then left, etc., until the LORD told me I was to minister at the Church at the top of the hill. I couldn't even see the top of the hill but I continued and there at the top of the hill was the Church. I pulled into the parking lot and noticed a bus was there with a sign about a guest ministry team that was to be there that night. I started to leave and the LORD said, " I said I had something for you to do here tonight!". I went inside and the pastor confirmed that there already was someone scheduled then the LORD said to ask him if I could testify about things I had witnessed and was told I would be welcome. While the praise and worship was going on, a woman tapped me on the shoulder and said, "You're from Sulphur Springs, aren't you?". I had never been in this Church before and I didn't remember EVER meeting this woman before, but I sad yes and began to worship again. The woman tapped me on the shoulder again and said, "Your wife's name is Regina, isn't it?". Now she had my attention! She went on to explain that she had gone to church with my wife years ago and knew all about me, and the LORD said, "You have a witness here also." When prayer request were given a woman told of her sister with cancer and asked for reassurance that GOD could heal cancer. Then a man wanted to know that GOD really did care about our finances and could help him and the LORD said, "You will testify what I have done for you in those situations." When I was asked to testify I told how my sister-in-law was healed from lung cancer, then how GOD had provided for my daughters education at ORU miraculously. No one knew me there and the people looked at me like I could say these things but what proof did I have. The LORD spoke to me and said, "You have a witness here." I turned to the woman that had spoken to me and said, "This woman knows my wife and she can get in touch with her and verify everything I have said." As soon as the woman confirmed this the HOLY SPIRIT fell on the people and we had a healing service even before the Minister got to speak. The LORD told me to go left, right,etc., and had someone to back up my testamony in a Church I had never visited BEFORE HE EVEN TOLD ME TO GO!

Does GOD really speak in this technologically overloaded society? YES, to those WHO will LISTEN! Start to listen to the still small voice inside each of you and then do something radical, when it says to turn right, DO IT! Then stand still and see the HAND OF A LIVING GOD!

Over the years since I have heard AND seen many miracles and movings of the HOLY SPIRIT. Just ask me, there is NOTHING I would rather speak about!
