No, the name of your denomination doesn't matter to God, but is a great way for those who share your same belief to identify you. A good example would be the restaurant franchises that sell certain things on their menu. You can establish your favorite restaurant according to your taste. The same can be said from knowing what denomination you want to fellowship with.
