Have Pastors found that it takes a lot of prayer and discerning to bring in speakers unless you know them

Pastors need the five fold Ministry gifts to come to assit in building the Church and the people. We know the scripture know them that labor among you is so true. Many Pastors, Musicians  , singers and the five fold Ministry take appointments for the money as there main motive, I believe we should bless, honor and take care of them  when they come to our Churches. I dont  think needing money should be the motive for taling an appointment . We think they should come because they are directed by the spirit of the Lord and they have a heart for God, the Pastor of the Church  , the people and they have a true spiritual depositof some type to leave in that Mininstry and  the Church, Pastor and the people in attendance in that meeting. We have in the pass brought people that just wanted to come and people that emailed or contacted us and that was a learning experience every time.We learnt to be more prayerful and seek God more  in bringing them in. Any comments or experiences that left you  truly praying.
