God feeds his children, spiritually and physically. Spiritually, we can get into things that are not good for us, as well as, physically eating foods that are not good for us. Change your thoughts, change your life. Here's an example, What's your idea of old age? Seventy years, eighty years, ninety years? Let's see what God says old age is: Genesis 6:3b states, ...yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years. Now, tell me who's thinking are you going to embrace, yours or God's. I am aware that Moses said, seventy or eighty years by reason of strength, however, will you embrace Moses thinking or God's thinking.

The great thing about our God is that He allows us to participate in his plan of action for our lives. He has declared we can have one hundred twenty years, however, faith without works is dead faith. Let's stir up the faith for our one hundred twenty years, work that work that God has ordained for us in that when night cometh no man can work.

What is the work that God allows us to participate in? Our day to day food intake. Meal by meal, one day at a time, you can bring your physical health into divine order. Our first action is to eat a piece of fruit and a salad thirty minutes to one hour before your noon and dinner meals.
