Where Is This Scripture?

Where is the scripture that says salvation means perfection?
I always believed you were told to come to Jesus because you needed help but apparently on BPN (and in the church as a whole) it is being taught that once you receive Jesus you become perfected on the earth.
If anyone knows of this scripture please post this.

the answer is simpler than you think....there is no scripture to prove this.
the church is just hypocritical.
