I could give you solid answers, and you will still not understand. I see that you are a Kemet. I met some Kemet men, and they are cool brothers by the way.

Noble Pa,

I watched much of it, and I also own a book called "IVP Background Commentary Of The Old Testament" I am very familair that Israel used their surrounding cultures to incorporate in their own faith, yet Israel is also unique among them in the ancient world.

Did you know..... Israel is the only people that received their commandments from God himself? No other religion in the ancient world received commandments from their cosmic gods, rather, it was given by the people who were looked on as gods.

This should not give one a reason to doubt their faith, for Yahweh, our Father, is supreme among all the pagans, and there is no God, but Yahweh.

By the way, what religion/faith are you?

Noble,

Are you against the Jews, or what exactly are you trying to prove?

Noble Pa,

The Two Cerubim are made of God, and are not images that were worshiped by God's people. The context of that scripture is in the context of "worship". If it only in the context of just making these images, then God himself would be a liar, and going against his own Torah, but he was not.

Israel did not worshiped the Ark of the Covenant, rather, they did what was commanded of then, to sacrifice, which those practices were a shadow of Yeshua.

Eemah,

I love you, and I cannot wait to see my cousins!!

Ahmayn! Many will be grafted in as well. Remember, practice and writings are very different. I am only surveying the Ancient and Sacred Writings. I am not a student of practices outside of YaHuWaH and His Ruwach teaches me that many speak without reading. So, I am now reading and I only speak of what I read not the practices of men. Like you said..... the return to Torah will bring HIS Remnant to Zion when the Trumpet sounds.. HalleluYAH! And Oh... you will be pleasantly surprised to see some cousins there :)

On the other hand, God will bring the descendants of Israel back to HIS Torah, and they will follow accordingly, and place their faith, and life in Yeshua the Messiah for their salvation. In fact, it has already begun.

Eemah,

Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. No man comes to the Father, unless they go through Jesus. To Islam, Jesus, like Moses, is a great Prophet of God, and yet, Muslims have their own Sh'ma, and it states,"There is no God but Allah, and Mohammad is his Prophet.

Out of all the great Prophets, Mohammad gets first billings in Islamic life. Islam does not obey Torah, for if they did, then Jesus would also be the center of their life. Sure, there are similarites between Our faith, and Their faith, yet big differences.

One of the big differences is that, no matter what you've read, Allah, formely named Hubal, was one god out of 360 idol gods worshiped at the Kaaba. Mohammad's tribe were polytheistic pagans in Arabia, but Mohammad, who was actually influenced by Christianity, changed that aspect. Mohammad's Uncle was a Christian, and he had some parts in the influence.

Pre-Islamic times were a pagan place to live. Virtually all Arabs were polytheistic. They worshiped the sun god, moon good(think about their cresent moon flag), etc. It is so much history on Islam, and what I mentioned makes them NOTHING for God and his Torah. Do not be deceived by islam, Eemah.

Let Jesus be the way, the truth, and the life, and proclaim TORAH's Sh'ma, that the Lord our God is one, and that his son's name is Jesus, who came to save his people from their sins.. ask a Muslim if they believe that, or do they believe the sacred rock of mecca(that huge tomb they encircle 7 times) saves us.

be blessed, and live for Yeshua, and no other,
James

Again I say, I am reading both books and there is nothing in the reading that is against Torah. If you say there is, you will have to cite the specific scripture or writings. I do not believe you can do so. You speak of man not of the writings. Man is as fifthy rags... in all religions... therefore, I do not go by man at all. The only so called sacred writings that I have read wickedness is the Talmud. This is used by your so called Judaism Religion. I can cite for you wicked practices with the raping of babies and boys in that book. I have the catechism also. I can only find there teachings on Sunday worship to go against Torah in that book but there are other things that could be cited in doctrine but not in ethics.

Qu'ran ~ I read of Yeshua being born of a virgin and sitting on the right hand of the Father in the Noble Quran. Islam worships the Eloah of Abraham. Do Israel? Islam and Israel is the seed of Abraham. They are cousins and worship the same Eloah. They do not worship the same. Edom is who you and others uplift but Ismael's children are closer to the true worship.

As for the Book of Mormons only Israelites wandered in what we now call America. No where have I read that Yahushua or Jesus was on this land in flesh. Where did you read this? Cite the location.

Eemah,

Islam breaks the first commandments,"You shall not have any gods before me." They also do not believe that God had a son. Their god, for which his real name is Hubal, was one of 360 gods at the Kaaba. Islam does not worship the God of Israel, rather, they have their own god, and theology.

The Mormons disregard the whole law. The book of Mormon's purpose is not actually on the law, but simply another testament of Jesus, and his wanderings in America. So, technically, they are against Torah. The very fact of them believing that Jesus and Satan are brothers is sheer blasphemy, and that attacks God himself.
