Is there a difference between an exhorter and a preacher? If so, what is it?

Yeah, I can exhort you to do good on you work on you job, I can exhort my friend to be a better friend, but Preaching is the mouthpiece of truth only. I can lie in exhortation. This is my take on it. Preaching is telling of the good news and truth. Preaching is a style of delivery in your topic of delivering.
