- Apostle Dr.James Rosier III, serves as the Chief Apostle, CEO & Founder of Harvest Fire International Ministries, Inc. one ministry in three locations. The ministry is a multicultural, non-denominational ministry which was birthed in Lake Wales, Florida in 2002 & relocated to Miami Florida. He recieved a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, a Master of Science degree in Pastoral Counseling, & a Ph. D in Divinity. In the fall of 1995. Apostle Rosier served in the Duval County school system as a Teacher, Intake Counselor and Dean of Students; he also developed the curriculum and instuction model for Highlands County first Fine Arts Charter School and served as Principal; after serving almost 3yrs he was asked by the Dean of Education at South Florida Community College to Head the Education Department at Hardee Correctional Institution. Apostle Rosier was ordained Deacon in the African Methodist Episcopal Church and later ordained as Elder in the Church of Christ Written In Heaven, Inc. where he served as Assistant Pastor and Church Administrator under the leadership of Bishop Thomas Brown,Ph.D. Theology; at Blakley Memorial in Jacksonville, Florida. Apostle Rosier was called, consecrated & ordained an Apostle on March 8th, in the year of our Lord 2004. Apostle Rosier's call of obedience to the community has allowed him to serve on numerous boards and participate in major community activities such as the NAACP, The J.A. Wiltshire scholarship foundation, Minority Leaders Foundation, and the Chaplin for the City Council. He was given a strategic task on March 8, 2005, by the Executive Board of Bishops for the Church of Christ Written In Heaven to start a new district within the Central Florida area, where he served as Presiding Elder and the Dean of the Thomas Brown Theological Institute. Apostle Rosier is now working with his biological father (Chief Apostle,Shepherd James Rosier Jr.) in ministry and serving as the CEO and Founder of three of the fastest growing Ministries in Florida, South Carolina and South America, Harvest Fire Christian Fellowship, Harvest Fire International Ministries & Genesis II Universal Ministries, Inc.. Chief Apostle Rosier has been strategically appointed as the 1st Assistant Presiding Plelate of the United Assemblies of Christ Fellowship Inc., where he works closely beside the Honorable Presiding Overseer Dorell McCroery. Apostle Rosier has two lovely daughters, Jamarya and Jamonni Rosier. Uniquely called and gifted to reach this generation, he has a mandate from God that allows him to flow under an Apostolic anointing, ministering in the 5-fold ministry as an Apostle, Prophet, Pastor, Evangelist, and Teacher, Apostle Rosier has traveled extensively and has been invited to minister throughout the United States,South America, South Africa, Canada, The Bahama Islands, Japan, Philipeans, Asia and London England(God is awsome). Apostle Rosier is continuing to intruct God's people to move to higher dimensions in thier Christian walk. As an Educator and Lecturer, God has allowed him to minister to individuals that were in gangs, on the streets, in broken marriages and that had given up on life. God has given him a message to help others rise above their circumstances by filling their minds and hearts with the word of God. Apostle Rosier is strategically building ministry throught Florida and South America with a strong belief that, "If God be for him, who could be against him!" With this in mind he has begun to develop a christian charter school that depicts the Fine Arts grades K-12, a Word Empowerment Institute that will educate church leaders and the church body by gaining access to the wealth of the Kingdom, through Kingdom Principles! The ministry is prophetic, prolific, and profound. Apostle Rosier would like to encourage you to believe that, "Because God is the greatest Power, we shall not be defeated; for in the end we shall win!
