God does not measure love by words but by OBEDIENCE to His WORDS. The bible says,"For our love for God means that we obey his commands. And his commands are not too hard for us" 1st John 5:3(GNB)

As Children of God, it is good to always confess our love for God but the truth is words are not just enough. The bible says, "...our love should not be just words and talk; it must be true love, which shows itself in action." 1st John 3:18(GNB).

The evidence we love God is in what we are willing to do for others and because of others. What's your action when you see somebody going astray. What will you do when you are in the position to help someone. What are you doing to get to Word Of God across to them that have not found Christ and to fellow Christians.(John 21:15-17)

If we say we love God, but dont show love to others, we are liars. A person who does not love a man who is visible, how then can such a person love God Who is invincible.(1st John 4:20)

"Jesus answered, If a person [really] loves Me, he will keep My word [obey My teaching]; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home (abode, special dwelling place) with him."
