FOR SPIRITUAL GROWTH

FOR SPIRITUAL GROWTH

Message: John 3:30. For all believers who desire meaningful spiritual growth in their walk with God. There is no height you cannot attain in the spirit if only you are ready to take the bull by the horn; do away with every form of hindrance and follow the principles of spiritual growth laid down in God's word. How Can a Person Become Demonically Possessed

In the synagogue there was a man possessed by a demon, an evil spirit. He cried out at the top of his voice, ‘Ha! What do you want with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are—the Holy One of God!’ ‘Be quiet!’ Jesus said sternly. ‘Come out of him!’ Then the demon threw the man down before them all and came out without injuring him."(Luke 4:33-35)

Be free from original sin by wisdom of God

Beloved Jesus Christ in the Bible says that death entered into the world by one man committing sin and then passed on to all since all have sinned. In order to have spiritual life and energy, we must have actual intercourse with our heavenly Father. Our minds may be drawn out toward Him; we may meditate upon His works, His mercies, His blessings; but this is not, in the fullest sense, communing… Continue

How can I know when it is God who is speaking to me

Whenever we experience a sense of calling from God, we generally receive that experience with a degree of ambiguity. There are some markers that I look for in the process we call "discernment."

The primary marker is the presence of peace. Do I sense the presence of deep peace, even if there is conflict or threat overshadowing the circumstances?

There is a story of St. Ignatius of Loyola, if I remember it correctly. Ignatius was seriously injured in battle. During his convalescence, he… Continue

WHAT IS HOLINESS......... Obadiah 1 VS 17

Holiness is the quality of being holy, set apart, sanctified. Holiness means wholeness; the full development of the entire person - personality, virtue and gifts. The verb to consecrate hagiazo means to set a place apart for God, to make it holy, by the offering of a sacrifice upon it. The Christian has been dedicated and consecrated to God by the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. The root idea of holiness is that of separation. The Jews were the holy people, the nation which was quite separate and… Continue
