Are You An Effective Or Ineffective Christian?
Isaiah 55: 11-12} So shall My word be that goes forth out of My mouth; it shall not return to Me void (without producing any effect, useless), but it shall accomplish that which I please and purpose and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it. For you shall go out (from the spiritual exile caused by sin and evil into the homeland) with joy and be led forth (by your Leader, the Lord Himself, and His Word) with peace; the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.
God's Word is truth and it is solid, it will come to pass. But as Christians, we have to believe that Word and trust it to perform. God is not a man that He should lie and we need to remind ourselves of that. God is bringing us forth into an exciting time. The world may be in turmoil but God's people are being overtaken by the joy of the Lord and the peace that surpasses all understanding. There is nothing that pleases God more than to see His people prosper in all their ways. Many of us are not prospering because #1) we do not know God's word #2) We do not believe in or trust God's Word and #3) we are in some area of our lives being disobedient in some way. Every promise of God has a stipulation attached to it and that means we are to be obedient to them all.
The Lord longs to bring each one of us up to a higher plane with Him and in Him. Many of us do not want to come out of our comfort zones. How we love to play church and follow the dictates of men. But we will never be transformed, equipped or greatly anointed if we do not open ourselves up completely to the Lord and allow Him to do what He needs to do in our lives. Either we will submit to His will and be blessed beyond belief or we will keep giving in to our own wills and continue in constant trials, tribulations and whatever it will take to wake us up from our slumber. Oh yes, giving in to the flesh can be very pleasurable......for a time, but true pleasure comes in serving the Lord and being obedient to do whatever He puts on our hearts to do. God's people need to come out of their complacency and sleep and get back to running the race that God has set our feet on. Obedience brings blessings.
God is raising up a banner against our enemies. We are about to see some very glorious and miraculous things. What will make this take place is our speaking out God's Word over every situation that we see that is negative to our lifestyles. But just not speaking it, we need to walk in great and unshakable faith and believe that once that Word is spoken out it will come to pass. The Word of God is our weapon of warfare to break every plan the devil has against us and to cut off his head. Greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world. It's time we live up to that! It's time we act as Victors and not victims! It's time we rise up as conquerors in Jesus name! We are entering into a glorious time with our Savior. Be led by His Spirit in all things. Be very sensitive to His voice. Satan is working overtime to pull people away from the Body of Christ, even He knows how glorious and effective God's people are going to be. Get connected! Just believe and receive. But most of all, put on the armor of God and head straight faced into battle. The victory is already yours. God bless you. I love you, but Jesus loves you so much more than I ever could.
