Arrogant pastors, ministers, deacons, leaders and church members...

How do you deal with them? You don't, unless God speaks to you clearly and concisely what actions you should take toward them. Of course we are to walk by love in faith but...

The main thing we should do is to rely on God.

1.Pray and get the mind of God
2.Obey whatever God tells you.
3.Remain prayed up and praised up if you have to deal with them on a constant basis
4.Remain humble and always be yourself (Never allow yourself to be intimidated) 2nd Chr. 7:14
5.Find scripture to stand on that will strengthen you and keep your confidence high
6.Pray for, declare and decree favor with them. Why? Because God might open a door of favor for you to them so that you can eefectively minister to them.
7.Then release them to God so that He can deal with them
8. Let patience have her perfect work
9. Lastly, leave from around them if God leads you to...LOL

People of this character are like Saul, not Paul but Saul because what they are doing is killing Christians spritually. And what I have found out in all of my dealings with people of this character is that they want to be lifted up! And what it really is, it is a spirit of self worship that is derived from the spirit of LUST! Yes Lust is where you want to please your flesh! and what has happened is that people love the feeling of POWER. So they exault themselves into a place of arrogance and fall into the diverce temptation of self worship. What needs to happen is that we the true christians have to be ready to deliver and train like anninais "forgive me if I spelled that incorrectly" trained PAUL! We as a whole must step into our true callings of Discpleship. Which means to learn. we have to learn to take instructions from our leaders that wil train us in the true calling of our ministry! That will teach us the principles of GOD 1st.
