Do You Know What Your Assignment is On Earth?

The conditions of the earth have been made solely by man. The true position of man, made in the image and likeness of God, is to stand with God in man’s rightful place as the connecting link between the Heaven and the Earth. The choice for man is to be blessed by the Spirit or devoured by the sword of truth, which will cut away distortions. Choose Christ and Live or Choose Satan and Die.

Let’s take a look at Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, He knew His assignment and purpose on earth, do you know yours?

Luke 4:17-21

Everyone has an assignment; a divine purpose upon the earth, Jesus was anointed by the Holy Spirit for a Divine Purpose.

Jesus came for this purpose; “that he might destroy the works of the devil” (1 John 3:8) – to minister healing, to minister love, to minister joy, to minister peace to a needy people. He came for a world in torment, in struggles, in pain, sorrow, and sickness.

Jesus came to the sinner- “For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost” (Luke 19:10).

Jesus came to the sick and afflicted- “and as many as touched him were made whole” (Mark 6:56).

Jesus came to the burdened – “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28).

What make us think that the task of the church is any different then what the task of the master was?

If Jesus needed an experience where He was anointed by the Holy Spirit to fulfill the purpose God had for His life and defeat Satan, what makes us the church, think we can face the Spiritual challenges of the day in which we live without that same anointing and power?

The word of the Lord for us is: Verily, verily, I say unto you, he that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my father.

People it is time for us to be about our father’s business!
