God’s Covenant Agreement in Spirit!
ISAIAH 11
1 And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots:
2 And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge, and of the fear of the LORD;
3 And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the LORD: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:
4 But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.
5 And righteousness shall be the girdle of his lions, and faithfulness the girdle of his reins.
The covenant of the LORD in the heaven of the spirit with the spirit of a person on earth is a covenant – agreement that exists in spirit; The LORD is always in agreement with the spirit that is in man. The evidence of the agreement in spirit must manifest in and through the physical form on earth. The physical manifestation of the spirit on earth is known as a rod out of the stem of Jesse. Jesse means, “That which is” or “exists”. The spirit of Man is, and the spirit of Man exists. He is a branch of the Tree of Life and he shall grow out of the roots of the LORD on earth. The spirit of the LORD in the spiritual realm shall rest upon him, man, who is in form on earth. It is the spirit of the LORD which will bring the spirit of understanding and wisdom, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and the fear, the awesomeness, of the eternal LORD into the earth to a person who fulfills the earthly requirement of the covenant – agreement. The spirit of knowledge has a direct application to the mind of a person; the fear and awe have application to the emotions, the heart. Man has a mind and a heart that can be turned to the LORD.
The divine intelligence and attributes of the LORD which come to focus in a person on earth, such as Isaiah, shall give that person a quick, lively understanding that is obtained when one is in agreement with the fear, the awesome power, of the LORD: the person has spiritual vision which is higher than an earthly, material vision. The person will not judge what he sees on earth with his material vision called the sight of his eyes or to reprove anyone with the hearing of his ears. The person with spiritual vision has it because of his experience of the covenant which allows him to see from a higher level that puts everything into a new perspective based upon the operation of the law of the LORD. The mind and the heart are turned to the LORD.
The spiritual vision which the person in covenant – agreement has with the LORD produces an action which is based upon the new vision: he has a righteousness which will be used to judge the poor and to reprove with equity, with fairness, the poor of the earth who function at the material level since they cannot see as clearly as a person with spiritual vision. The reproof which is offered to a person who needs reproof is accomplished through a spirit of understanding that is offered to help the poor person, who is poor in spirit. The correction of a person who has been smitten by the spirit is done through the rod of his mouth or the control of his lips, his expression; it is never accomplished through an intention to physically harm a person. If physical correction or damage comes, it is always done physically through the expression of someone else through the working of the Law unless the person with spiritual vision acts to protect himself. Only with the breath of lips, a word of correction done out of love, shall a person in the covenant harm or slay the wicked. The slaying of the wicked is accomplished when the wicked person is transformed from material orientation into spiritual identity. Righteousness shall be the tool of the person on earth who is in covenant – agreement and faithfulness to the spirit of the LORD shall be the girdle of his loins and the girdle of the reins that control how and what he expresses in life.
I could go on, but it is my desire that every Prophet of God would sit with God and examine himself, are we allowing God to flow through us as God wills? Are we lining up with the Will OF GOD? Do you have the heart of Isaiah to allow God free rein in your LIFE! Please take the time to examine the spirit of the LORD in you seek God for true intimacy with HIM. The battle is increasing, Jesus is waiting on the Apostles, the Prophets, the Evangelist, the Preacher and the Teacher to take their Rightful Place and allow the Spirit of God to flow through us like He did through Isaiah. Will you Let HIM? THE TIME IS NOW!!.

Praise God! I thank God for these words of wisdom to help and deliver us into a new and profound wisdom and knowledge given by you man of God, prophet, and teacher of prophets. Thank God for you Prophet Becton, in God's Infinite Wisdom He has given you to those of us that need your loving patience to direct us in walking the right and righteous path in seeking holiness and this call.
