God’s People through Isaiah
God Bless each one of you that read this insert. As God’s people we go through a lot of persecution, people don’t understand us, because we live for Truth, Righteousness, Holiness and most of all Obedient to God’s leading us and guiding us. The devil is real busy, that’s a fact. We are not pumping him up, and we will not play with him, but you must be aware. It is my desire that you take a moment and “allow” God to speak directly to your spirit man through Isaiah. Note - God gets all the Glory, Honor and Praise for the wisdom that He will release into you through this insert taken from this awesome Book (The Testimony of the Major Prophets) By Anthony John Monaco – A star of the Scriptures Series. Let’s take a look at some Scripture. Isaiah 10:24 Therefore thus saith the Lord God of hosts. O my people that dwellest in Zion, be not afraid of the Assyrian: he shall smite thee with a rod, and shall lift up his staff against thee, after the manner of Egypt. 25 For yet a very little while, and the indignation shall cease, and mine anger in their destruction. 26 And the Lord of hosts shall stir up a scourge for him according to the slaughter of Midian at the rock of Oreb: and his rod was upon the sea, so shall he lift it up after the manner of Egypt.
Therefore, the Lord GOD of hosts shall indeed be with his people in the living covenant – agreement and the people shall know of His living presence in their own individual consciousness, and they will know that the LORD says to them, “O my people that dwell in Zion,” (Zion is the place of spiritual awareness and oneness with the LORD), “be not afraid of the Assyrian” and his domination and occupation of the land. The Assyrian shall affect you with his rod of power and control, but the presence of the LORD in your hearts, minds and bodies shall lift up His staff of oppression against thee after the manner of the children of Israel in Egypt under the leadership of Moses. Isaiah is providing a leadership similar to that which was provided by the LORD through Moses approximately 800 years earlier. The Spirit of the LORD is eternal; the material forms of the leaders and the people are different.
The people are advised to be patient and let the Spirit of the LORD work through their forms for a little while in the eternal scheme of things eventually, the indignation will cease as well as the Lord’s anger in the destruction of the forms that are oppressing His body of people that carry a conscious awareness of His Spirit. The LORD of all the hosts of people shall stir up a scourge for the Assyrians, who are a distortion of the true design that should be on earth, and they will be eliminated in a similar manner to the slaughter of Midian at the rock of Oreb; and as the LORD’s rod of control through Moses that was upon the sea, so shall the LORD lift away the burden of the oppressor after the manner in Egypt.
27 And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.
And the LORD promises that it shall come to pass that the burden of the Assyrian invaders shall be taken off the shoulder of the body of people who carry His spirit and his name on earth; and the yoke of the Assyrians shall come off the neck and they will be destroyed because of the anointing of the LORD’S spirit that comes to the body of people through the covenant.
Wow, GOD is saying the same thing to us today, the Anointing destroys the Yoke, Are you living your life in such a way that the Anointing of GOD will operate through you to give GOD Glory.
GOD is the same today, yesterday and forever. Purify our heart’s LORD cleanse us LORD I pray, Remove from US all that’s standing in the way of your LOVE, YOUR ANOINTING and POWER flowing through US to Give you All the GLORY, HONOR and PRAISE.
