Loose the Stronghold IV (4)
Hello to all......................A stronghold is defined as a fortress or a guarded territory that invades the mind and thought process holding it hostage.
Are you grateful today that you have life? Are you grateful today that this day arrived and you are still here? If so, then you owe God some praise. Often when a stronghold exists in a person's life, they complain about everything. This is one of the first signs that appear which tells you that they are under the influence of the stronghold. Even when the sun is shinning bright and there's a cool breeze, they will find something to complain about concerning the weather. It's either too hot or too cold. In spite of the current economic climate and the extreme job loss, they complain about their jobs. Instead of just leaving the job, if it's all that bad, they go to work everyday and complain. They speak negatively about others all of the time. Some even speak negatively about themselves. They weigh too much but won't exercise or eat better. They don't like what they wore to work or outside the house but they purchased the clothing and picked it out for the day. They are what I call "nega-holics." They complain because of the stronghold on their life and most of the time they don't even realize the stronghold is operating. They hate people but say they love God. The Bible tells us, how can we say we love God whom we've never seen, but can't love our brothers/sisters who we see everyday. It's because of the stronghold.

"Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit." Proverbs 18:21
The stronghold has taken over the lives of those who always complain and they aren't even aware of it. These individuals are usually the most miserable type of people and their goal is to make you miserable with them. Misery loves company. They truly don't want to be alone and miserable. So, they will recruit each day trying to find someone what will give into their stronghold. They don't realize the negative talk which they display is a seed being planted and it will manifest one day, sooner than later. If this is you, learn to speak positive things. In spite of your situation, God is still in control. What does speaking negatively or speaking death do for you in a positive manner? Nothing! Momma used to say, "If you don't have anything good to say, then don't say anything at all." Shut your mouth from all that complaining. Loose that stronghold!
