The Lord of hosts, said, "Try Me now in this, and I will open the windows of heaven and pour out for you such a blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it." The Lord, my God, will rebuke the devourer for my sake, and my heart is filled with thanksgiving. He is able to make all grace...every favor and earthly blessing...come to me in abundance, so that I am always, and in all circumstances, furnished in abundance for every good work and charitable donation. I let the Word dwell in me richly. I have come into the inheritance which the Lord swore to give me. I am in the land which He has provided for me in Jesus Christ, the Kingdom of Almighty God. Jesus Christ, is my Lord and High Priest. I bring the firstfruits of my income to Him and worship the Lord my God with it. I rejoice in all the good which He has given to me and my household. I have hearkended to the voice of the Lord my God and have done according to all that He has commanded me. He looks down from His holy habitation from heaven and blesses me as He said in His Word. I give God all the glory that He gives me the power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant. I pray and believe that those in the Body of Christ who have sown the seed of spiritual good among the people reap from the people's material benefits, for God directed that those who publish the good news of the Gospel should live and get their maintenance by the Gospel. I pray and believe God's people are enriched in all things and in every way so that they can be generous, and their generosity, as it is administered by His teachers, will bring thanksgiving to God. As it is written, "Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom" (Luke 6:38). Praise the Lord!

Rev Luckett,,we should prosper as Christians not just Pastors. Its just the foolishness that is going on in the Body of Christ now adays. I have been an Entrepreneur since 1987 and work very very hard with many Biusiness ventures well before my Pastor sent me out 10 years past to Pastor. I believe a Church should pay and take care of there Pastor at the best level they can every Churches level is different according to the number of members and the income of that Church. A Church with 50 members cant take care of there Pastor like a Church that has thousands of members and thats what is happening around the land,In this recession there is much opportuinity to prosper and may deals ,if we tithe and seed and pray and serve God and ask the Lord for his wisdom.

Well, I'm not saying that peopel aren't to be Rich. But is God's rich and the world's rich the same. But I have two scriptures for you!!!!

Matt. 6: 19-34
1 Tim. 6: 5-11

Finally, It would be easier for a camel to get through an eye of a needle than a RICH man to get into heaven. I believe that a very wise Man said that.

Just alittle correction and I don't mean any harm, but brother Greene, you need to study scripture before you misquote anything from the book of Ecclesiates. Before you make that statement" Money solves all things", you need to read and get the context....Then read chapt. 5 and see what Soloman wrote.

We are kings and priests right? I never heard of a poor king!! Why should a Chistian be poor if the Bible says these things for and about us:

-ye are gods
-the blessings of the LORD makes one rich and adds no sorrow
-money answers all things
-give, and it shall be given unto you good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over shall men give unto your bossom
-the entire chapter of Isaiah 60
