This is the season for the prophet to rise and to speak boldly, what saith the Lord....
On a different blog many prophets were asked to share their story of how they came into their caling as a prophet or prophetess. You are welcome to share your story. Here is a short version of my story. The whole story goes back to 1974/75, well actually when I was 11 years old in the 5th grade, when I first experienced the wind of the Holy Spirit upon me.
My walk in the prophetic began in the late 1980's(around 1987). Actually there were clues before then, going back to 1975. I have always been very introspective and observant, which is part of the prophets make up. Then later I began to ask God for the gift and calling of the Prophet which was designed by God for me to do anyway. (Although I was peripherally walking in the calling, I believe God placed it in my heart to ask, to solidify it in my heart and soul.) But going back to the 80's, I would see things, see into peoples lives, situations etc.and began to to tell them with accurate and pin point percision things that were going to happen in there lives.
MY calling and walk in the office has been confirmed by the Holy Spirit, by true prophets and apostles of God across the country and through accurate manifestation of the prophetic word spoken into people's lives.
God spoke to me that my name MIchael Samuels was not an accident. My name was ordained from the beginning because of the purposes of my life. Michael meaning (of God or like unto God) and Samuels meaning or God;s intent (Like the or of the Prophet Samuel and the s on the end He told me that I would be a prophet over prophets, intstructing, guiding and training prophets. (Not over to be prideful but to help them to fulfill their call). The call of a true prophet is not easy and should never be taken lightly. God will have His true prophets speak into situations and lives that could cause them their lives, if not their lives definitely friendships and associations. This is the year and season for the prophet to rise up like never before. The world needs a word. Sadly, the word that the prophet will speak in this season will not be edifying or sugar coated. It will however save souls from going to hell. Its time for the true prophet to rise up and speak the word of the Lord.
