What makes good ministry effective!!!!

Lately I have seen things happen to people good and bad some deserved and others not, but where does good ministry become the best effectiveness in our era when the factor have seem to become twisted and we launch our gifts and talents and still end up with NOTHING,we need to ask this important has purpose lined up in me for the believer and the unbeliever or the learned and unlearned.The bible tells in detail the strong should bare the weak, can we help each other to face the fact that our places of worship have become social gatherings or drama stages,can we recover that place of effectiveness,my reason for this question comes from my sermon "stop talking about it and start living it"from 1cor 4:18-21.

rev luckett thanks alot you are absolutely right we as pastors and preachers must institute righteousness from the pulpit and must stop allowing the enemy to make clowns out of us, TO ALL IN THE FIVE FOLD WHO READS THIS LET'S TIE IN TO BUILD THE BODY NOT THE MINISTRY LET'S REFLECT ESPHESIANS 4:16 TO GO BACK TO DOING OUR FIRST WORKS WITH NO HESTITATION BUT LOVE AND HAVING THE FOCUS OF CHRIST AND THE TOTAL STANDARD OF THE WORD TO MOTIVATED AND TEACH US THE AREAS OF IMPORTANTS LISTEN AS CONCERNING FIVE FOLD MINISTRY IT;S THEM ALL TO MOVE THE BODY THE CHURCH HAS BEEN STARVING FOR A REAL MOVE OF GOD AND WE HAVE FOR FAR TOO LONG BEEN CAUGHT UP IN OUR SELF IMAGE AND FORGOT THAT WE HAVE THE LOST WE MUST REACH AT ALL COST, CAN WE COME TOGATHER AND BUILD THE BODY AND NOT HAVE JEALOUSY BETWEEN US, I NEED REAL MEN AND WOMEN OF GOD TO ANSWER THIS AND LET'SW ENCOURAGE US ALL TO USE OUR ENERGY TO COMPLETE INSTEAD OF COMPETE. THIS IS OPEN TO ALL FEEL LIKE RESPONSING TO US. WITH LOVE I AM REACHING OUT AND NEED ONLY LOVE COMING BACK THIS FOR ALL MINISTRIES WHO WANTS THIS BUILD OF OUR RELATIONSHIP FOR THE LOVE OF GOD.

Amen!! And all pastors, ministers, prophets all who minister must be able to stand against all opposition in spite of how they feel, how many members leave, how much criticism they get. They must be able to stand flat footed and preach the gospel. Anything short of the gospel will render a weak and ineffective ministry. Ministers will compromise resort to teaching needs based ministry. The gospel has power to address needs all by itself. But do you have the Faith to be believe that it does? That's the question that ministers must confront within themselves.

Christianity in Crisis!!! One of the most subtle, undermining, deceptive wiles used of the devil to destroy effective ministry was the "Hath God said" regarding our Faith and the promises of God. True Faith is found in Hebrews 11 focus verses Heb 11:39-40 and 12:1-3. Biblical Faith places all of our assurance on the promises of God and God himself. Satan subtly introduced into our churches faith that produced things ie. Cars, money, riches, the good life and slowly we digested the lie. We were told that if we had faith we would have money, health, possessions and we labored to increase our faith yet in vain did we labor for riches have still eluded us. Satan effectively shifted our focus from what God said to what man said. The Bible says Moses forsook Eygpt and all it’s riches “for he endured, as seeing him who is invisible. With our eyes now off Christ, Satan has made Eygpt look appealing and many are contemplating their return. The words of man are fruitless and little of lasting value and people left disillusion and discouraged and defeated. These are simply the offspring of a LIE!

Our only salvation is the genuine love of and faith in the Death, Burial and Resurrection. Jesus Christ. Nothing less.
