i have been preaching for 15yrs , and pastor of my church for 10yrs i find in this walk other pastors of great churchs will not help small churchs grow, there is not realness in the body of christ.if you are not part of a click,group,denoma,.you can not fellowship,

Solution: Just keep preaching the entire word of God (both the good stuff and the hard stuff) and encouraging the assembly to share their personal testimony with those outside of the church walls (home, work, neighborhood, even in Wal-Mart, etc.).

What Bro Bowman is saying is correct, I think a mistake many pastors make is looking to men for help instead of God, when you seek to serve God, and HIM only, HE will direct your paths, It is not as important that churches fellowship with one another, but that they reach out to those lost and fellowship with them.

Too many annual days to begin with. Everybody wants to be honored! It's not a given that fellowshiping with "bigger" churches will build your fellowship it may actually hurt it, your members may get caught up in the bright lights and think the grass is greener, pray to God for the increase and just focus on the word and everything else will fall into place.

Side note-in my whispering voice to your consuious "If you preach it they will come!"
