My first thought is, are we really the body of Christ? Do we resemble Christ as He walked the earth? Are we out amongst the people? Are we helping those that need help?

The purpose of your ministry is to raise up disciples and send them out. You are to guide and teach them how to now walk in their calling. Do the purpose that God has ordained for their life. Your congregations are not suppose to just sit up under you year after year. Some people have been sitting in the pew in the front, on the left, for 20 years. FOR WHAT?
